Tiny's owner surrendered him to a shelter. It was immediately apparent he had been severely neglected.  He is approximately 8-10 years old and needed several infected teeth removed.  He needs all the essential vaccines as well.

He also has bad cataracts and infected eyes.  He will need to remain on a treatment of eye drops and anti-biotics until his eyes clear up.

At that point he will then need to be neutered as well before he is ready to be adopted into a new forever home.
